Hello everyone. I got this pc turned off. I put these files found in this thread. Now the pc turns on but it takes 30 seconds for the first dell logo to appear. The fans are at maximum and if I try to upgrade the bios via exe taken from the dell bios it has arrived at the part of the ME region by error. is it possible to do something? Thank you.

i have already tried this file. the computer starts in test mode. with various colors on the display. it does nothing else
